Through natural growth and acquisitions, B+C Telecom has become a full service telecommunications company offering installation, maintenance and repair.
- Founded in 1984 as B&C Telephone, the company began as an installation company in the Spokane, Washington market
- In 1986, B+C purchased the Tel Plus customer base and become a full service phone company, servicing all of Eastern Washington
- Over the next three years, B+C became an NEC dealer
- In 1989, B+C opened a Seattle office and began offering service to Idaho
- In 1990, B+C acquired Better Music, a paging and background music company
- In 1996, Better Sound Systems, a paging and intercom installation company was acquired by B+C
- In 1999, BTS AKA Business Telephone Systems of Eastern Washington was acquired
- In 2002, Advanced Telephone and Data was acquired
- In 2003, B+C acquired Phones Plus and expanded the product line to include Mitel telephones. This acquisition also positioned B+C Telecom as the largest private interconnect in Washington servicing all of Washington state, Oregon, the Idaho panhandle and Eastern Montana
- In 2004, B+C merged with InTouch Solutions
- In 2005, B+C acquires Pinnell Communications and renames the company B+C Telecom
- With the convergence of voice and data, B+C has expanded its service offerings beyond telephony and VoIP into business IT services
- Today B+C's 15 offices serve 20,000 clients in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming
