In addition to attending regular training classes provided by the manufacturers we represent, our technicians hold a number of computer certifications from companies such as Cisco and Microsoft.

Should you encounter technical problems during the life of your B+C Telecom installed phone system, our Service Department is available 24 hours a day to respond to your call.

Outside of regular business hours, your message is relayed to an on-call technician who will respond within two hours.
