Telecom Training to get more from your phone system

At B+C Telecom, we are committed to helping your business run more efficiently and grow. As new employees join your company, let us know. We offer complimentary individual user training for telephone and voice mail users, ACD agents and supervisors, and operators.

B+C Telecom provides basic system administration training so that you can add or delete users, change class of service, and perform routine adds, moves and changes. For those users that want to fully maintain their systems we can provide sponsorship to manufacturers' training classes.
